For customs brokers who are PRC ID cardholders, please prepare the following:
                                ✓ PRC ID Number
                                ✓ PRC ID Validity Date

For importers, exporters, and other non-customs brokers, please prepare at least one (1) of the following:
                                ✓ Driver’s License Number
                                ✓ Passport Number
                                ✓ Tax Identification Number (TIN)
                                ✓ Social Security System (SSS) Number

Once the initial requirements have been prepared, please proceed to the Registration Page: http://ccbi.com.ph/signup and enter the required information in the sign-up form.

After completing your registration, a Filing Reference Number (FRN) will be sent to your e-mail address. Simply click the FRN and it will redirect you to your registration milestones for a quick overview of your registration status. Alternatively, you may also enter your FRN into the search engine located on the website:   http://www.ccbi.com.ph to view your status.

After successfully paying for your registration fee, your registration status is now tagged as “For Approval.” During this time, you will NOT be able to login to your account. CCBI staff will review your submitted application and determine if they will APPROVE or DISAPPROVE your application. For Approved applications, you will receive an e-mail stating that you can now access the application using your username and password. For Disapproved applications, you will receive an e-mail informing you of the reason behind the disapproval of your application.

Please be reminded that ONLY accounts which have been APPROVED and PAID for are allowed to reset their account passwords.
In case you forgot your password, you can reset your password here:   http://ccbi.com.ph/forgot_your_password. Then, proceed with the following steps:
1.   Enter your registered e-mail address. Make sure this is the same e-mail address you used when signing-up on the application.
2.  Click “Reset” below. This will trigger an e-mail to be sent to your e-mail address.
3.  Click the link in system-generated e-mail you have received.
4.  A new page/tab will appear. Here, enter the new password you have selected.

While logged-in to your account, follow the steps below to change your password:

1.  Click on your name found in the top-right part of the dashboard.
2.  Select “Update Info” in the dropdown list.
3.  On the following page that appears, you may enter the new password you have selected.
4.  Click the “Update” button to save your changes

The Certificate of Good Standing (CGS) is a certificate duly issued by the Chamber of Customs Brokers, Inc. (CCBI) for its members which states that they are in good standing and are allowed to do business with the Bureau of Customs (BOC).

The CGS is used for the following purposes:
1.  as a supporting document for the processing of the Application for Accreditation and/or;
2.  as a supporting document for PRC ID renewal for Customs Brokers.

Only registered members in the CCBI Online Registration application with a BROKER PROFILE are allowed to apply for a CGS. Non-brokers are not allowed to apply for this certificate.

While logged-in to your account, click on “Apply for CGS” (found beside your name on the Dashboard). Some of the fields in the form are already pre-filled according to the information you entered in the application upon signing-up. Please make sure to check if all fields are filled-up and are correct.

Once everything is set, click on “Submit” and you will be redirected to the Payment page. Please see further details on how you can complete your payments in the Payments & Billing section of our FAQs. The system will generate a CGS Application Number which you can use to keep track of your application status.

Only registered members in the CCBI Online Registration application with a BROKER PROFILE are allowed to apply for a CGS. Non-brokers are not allowed to apply for this certificate.

After the successful submission of your application for a CGS, the system will generate a CGS Application Number. You can use this to view the status of your application.

You will also receive an e-mail informing you whether your application has been approved or disapproved by CCBI admin.

The fees for registering to the CCBI Online Registration application are as follows:

A processing fee of 1,000.00 PHP with an additional convenience fee of 100.00 PHP will be required to complete your CGS application. Any additional fees (organizational fees, Penalties from previous/manual transactions, etc.) are not added/ included in the rates stated above but may require you to settle manually at the CCBI office.

Event registration fees will vary depending on the CPD provider. Some events may offer different rates for the following:
1.  Pre-registration
2.  Early Bird Registration
3.  Regular Registration
4.  Late Registration

For each event registration, a convenience fee of 50.00 PHP is charged to the member. Make sure to carefully read the details of the event you wish to join to ensure that you are informed of any promotions, discounts, or rebates they may be offering.
